What is the Web Links Manager?

Web Links (com_weblinks) is a  component included with Joomla's default installation.

It provides a structured way to organize external links and present them in a visually attractive, consistent and informative way.

The Web Links Manager allows you to add, edit and remove links to other websites on your Joomla website.  You can organize them into categories. Then you can display these links on your site. You can optionally let visitors add new links.
